We do our best to describe our products accurately, but on-screen colors and finishes may vary slightly from the physical product. Prices, availability, and product details may change at any time without notice. If a pricing or description error appears, we reserve the right to cancel any affected order before it ships.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you make us an offer to buy the items listed. We accept the offer when we send your order confirmation. Until then, we may decline or cancel orders at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, address issues, or pricing errors.

Payment is processed by our payment provider at checkout. You authorize us (and our provider) to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

Returns and RMA

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, issued by our customer-support team. To request one, email info@koriqo.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for the return. We'll reply with your RMA number and the exact return shipping address.

Returns shipped without an RMA, or shipped to any address other than the one provided with your RMA, cannot be processed. Full return eligibility, timelines, packing instructions, and refund details are on our Shipping & Returns page. Personalized or custom-designed items are non-returnable.

Intellectual Property

The KORIQO name, logo, designs, photography, copy, and printed artwork are owned by KORIQO and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or commercially exploit any of it without our prior written permission.

Acceptable Use

• Don't use the site for any unlawful purpose.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or bypass security on the site.
• Don't impersonate anyone or submit false information.
• Don't upload anything malicious or infringing.

User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to KORIQO, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and operating our store. You're responsible for what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

Disclaimers
