Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states. International shipping is in the works — sign up for the drop list to hear when it launches.

Lead Time

KORIQO bottles are made and shipped from the USA. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order is processed. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Personalized or custom-printed designs may take additional time to produce. The estimated ship date will appear on the product page and in your order confirmation.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our facility. If you have an account, you can also track orders from your Account page.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or never shows up despite tracking marking it delivered, email info@koriqo.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every bottle. If your KORIQO isn't right for you, here's how returns work:

  • Eligibility: the bottle should be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: personalized or custom-printed designs are non-returnable, since each one is made for you. Final-sale and gift-card items are also non-returnable.
  • Shipping costs: original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refund processing: once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

How to Start a Return (RMA Process)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We cannot accept returns without one — please don't ship a return until you've received your RMA and the return address from our team.

Step 1 — Request an RMA
Email info@koriqo.com with the subject line "RMA Request" and include:

  • Your order number (e.g. #1042)
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged or defective

Step 2 — Receive your RMA
Within 1–2 business days we'll reply with your RMA number, return instructions, and the exact return shipping address. Returns shipped to any other address cannot be processed.

Step 3 — Pack and ship

  • Pack the bottle securely in its original packaging when possible.
  • Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and include it on a slip inside.
  • Use a trackable shipping method — KORIQO is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • Ship within 14 days of receiving your RMA.

Step 4 — Inspection & refund
Once we receive the return and verify it meets our return policy, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days and send you a confirmation email.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a bottle for a different design or color is to request an RMA for the original and place a new order. Email info@koriqo.com if you'd like help coordinating.

Wholesale & Corporate Orders

Shipping and return terms for wholesale or corporate-gifting orders are handled separately per your order agreement. Contact info@koriqo.com for details.
